Cookies training in orthopedic massage translates into both a relaxing and therapeutic experience. My personal experiences that Cookie is able to assess and treat areas of need. Cookies skills are allowing me to delay the need to replace a hip that has been degraded following years of athletic abuse. Cookie knows her stuff! My mom suffered from frozen shoulder and doctors told her it just had to run its course… Cookie “unfroze” it with treatments. Husband fell off a roof and has chronic pain, Cookie worked with him on pain relief and kept him off more painkillers. I worked a desk job and she helped with my chronic shoulder/neck pain. We all needed real treatments for medical issues and Cookies knowledge of injuries, the human body, and her techniques make her a valuable asset to those needing pain relief.

Cookie is an incredible massage therapist! As a distance runner I’ve had my fair share of injuries including a pelvic stress fracture. Cookie is a seasoned professional who takes the time to address the issue and work towards long-term solutions with actual results. After seeing her for a couple months I was able to shave a few minutes off my half marathon and achieve a new PR! Highly recommend!
